Tugas 7: The meaning of syllable

1. What the meaning of syllable?
Syllable is part of the spoken word in one breath, and generally consists of several phonemes.

2. There any influence of syllables in a comparative? 
Yes.

3. Explain and give the examples!
- Add (er) to one syllable. Example: small to smaller, tall to taller.
- If an adj.ends in (y), change the (y) into (i) and add (er). Example: funny to be funnier.
- Use more in front of adj. that have two or more syllables (except adj. that end in y). Example: beautiful
   to be more beautiful.
